The 1-2-1 Challenge 2012

Family-building activity adventures for one parent and one child.
Mums - Take the 1-2-1 Challenge!
The 1-2-1 Challenge is a fantastic weekend or one day adventure for one parent and one child. Its aim is simple… to help them to reconnect with each other in an environment that is pure fun!

By participating in some exciting activities together such as archery, bushcraft or canoeing, you will learn new things about each other and work together to overcome challenges. You will also meet other people just like you!

We developed The 1-2-1 Challenge because we understand that for many families getting the right balance between work and family life can be very difficult. Children are becoming increasingly disconnected from their parents by the popularity of pastimes which tend to isolate them.

For many, being able to get off the conveyor belt and find the opportunity to spend proper, meaningful and engaging time together is all they really need.

The 1-2-1 Challenge is the perfect way to give one parent the opportunity to spend one-on one time with one of their children, taking them away from the distractions of modern life and allowing them the time to reconnect.

Is it time you took the challenge?

Dads - Take the 1-2-1 Challenge!

Please note:
The 1-2-1 Challenges are planned by Care for the Family in partnership with Christian outdoor adventure organisations. Trained and qualified instructors will lead the activities and no previous experience is needed. The activities vary on the different challenges and may be dependent on weather conditions.
