Rebuilding Family Day

It can be so difficult to cope yourself with the loss of your loved one and also feel the responsibility of supporting any children in the family who have lost a mum, dad or sibling. This day is designed to give you hope for the future, give you ideas and practical suggestions about how to help your children and give you opportunities to share with others who have suffered a similar bereavement.

The Child Bereavement Charity is helping us to put on a programme of presentations, interviews and workshops that will help you:

Understand how children and adults grieve differently.
Understand how children of different ages cope with death.
With practical and creative ways of helping your children.
Understand and manage changes in your child(ren)’s behaviour.
See why it’s so important to look after yourself.

There will be a team of presenters, including:
