Six informal and practical sessions will encourage and build your confidence to help your child understand key skills in handling money, from budgeting, through to spending, saving and planning for the future. Aimed at children aged eight to fourteen
How does it work?
Sharing ideas with other parents and carers is a key element of the course. Discussions are based around real-life scenarios. Each session includes space to plan any changes you want to make and from week 2, an opportunity to discuss how that’s working.
What’s in the course?
You don’t need to be a whiz at maths to come on this course – it is about becoming financially aware, understanding how money works and how to get the best out of it. If you want to give children from 8 through to their teens the inside track on money and finance issues, then Quidz In offers you the information you’re looking for.
It was what expected, but better!
Throughout the sessions you’ll be provided with information and strategies for effective money management, giving you practical money skills for everyday tasks such as spending, saving, borrowing and giving. You’ll learn more about the influences that affect how we view and use money to help increase your confidence in your own personal money management.
