There’s no obligation to include a gift in your will to Care for the Family in return for using this service. But after you’ve taken care of your loved ones, we would be incredibly grateful if you chose to support our work in this way. Any gift, no matter the size, will help us support family life in the years ahead.
When you register, you’ll be given details of a choice of qualified solicitors near to you. The solicitor can then guide you through the process and write or update a simple* will for you, at no cost to you. Care for the Family will pay the solicitor at a discounted rate on your behalf.
Use this form to request your Free Wills pack, together with information about your local solicitors. When you’re ready, you can then contact your chosen solicitor directly and arrange an appointment with them.
* A simple will is suitable for most people and is free of charge. If your will is more complicated, the solicitor will discuss any potential extra costs with you before going ahead.
