A flexible, four-part video-based resource that explores how a couple can build and enrich their relationship.

The Marriage Sessions can help couples to create and sustain a strong and loving relationship. Whether newlyweds or married for years, this is a fantastic opportunity for couples to invest in and enrich their marriage. The four sessions look at how couples can grow together by learning to:

  • Connect
  • Collaborate
  • Commit

Each of these sessions has around 40 minutes of content that can be watched by couples at home, or used to run a two-hour event including discussion time.

Packs containing all the materials are available to buy, or you can sign up to stream the content free of charge for personal use.

The Marriage Sessions is presented by Sim Dendy and features Sarah Abell, Mary Clare Gormley, Katharine Hill, Philip Jinadu, Nicky and Sila Lee, Rob Parsons OBE, Will van der Hart and Sheridan Voysey.

Who is it for?

The Marriage Sessions is aimed at all couples and was specifically created to enrich couple relationships whether you’ve been married for 5 days or 50 years.

Who can run The Marriage Sessions?

This resource can be run by anyone as you don’t need training to deliver it. The Leader’s Guide will give you all the information you need to run the sessions. Couples can also watch the sessions at home.
