Description
Based on Care for the Family’s live event for Christian women, this study will look at four aspects of what it means to be free in Christ.
It is designed so that it can be used either on your own or together with a group of women. Some sections in each chapter are more suited to personal reflection and others to talking over with a group of friends. For example, you may want to discuss the Reflection questions with others, but the Journal section will probably be a time for more private contemplation between you and God.
Coming together as a group to discuss the topics in this booklet is a great way to apply what you have learned to your life, and to find accountability in trusted friends. If you meet as a group it will be beneficial for each person to have their own booklet and for them to have completed the study on their own before you meet. This will help your discussions to flow better and make your time together more meaningful.

We begin in the first chapter, Free to be me, by looking at how you view yourself and discovering who you are in Christ. With this foundation in place, we then consider what healthy relationships look like in Free to be loved and to love.
In Free to be real we examine the difference that opening up and being real and vulnerable with each other can make to our relationships. And lastly, in Free to be brave, we are challenged to step out of the chains of the past and into a future where, with God’s help, we explore how we can really make a difference in the world.
